Conditions of Sale

By sending the order, the customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale displayed on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, colour, product characteristics, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. By sending and confirming the order, the customer expresses full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, which are the only ones applicable to the order.

ORDER

The customer sends the order by clicking on the "Buy" box. A summary of the order is displayed containing all the elements that the customer confirms by clicking on the "I have read and accepted the general conditions of sale" box in the menu bar. AL.FA S.r.l. automatic registration systems are considered as valid proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

Prices and Payment methods

The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site on the order summary page or in these Conditions and will be specified in the order confirmation email.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • PayPal
    The customer can pay using the PayPal system, in accordance with the specific procedures of the platform
  • Credit card
    For purchase of goods by credit card, the transaction may be made through a secure server such as PayPal, Stripe or another secure server chosen by 69 Jewels. 69 Jewels is unable to gain knowledge of information regarding the customer's credit card under any circumstances or at any stage of the payment, which is sent via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. 69 Jewels does not collect any such data or store them in any computer file. Therefore, 69 Jewels can in no case be held liable for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
ORDER CONFIRMATION

69 Jewels confirms its acceptance of the order via email to the customer. The sale is not considered to be concluded until the order is confirmed by AL.FA. S.r.l. - 69 Jewels

AL.FA. S.r.l. reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, in particular in relation to the supply of products, a problem concerning the order received, an irregular order or a foreseeable problem regarding the delivery to be made. AL.FA. S.r.l. will inform the customer accordingly. In the event that the order is not confirmed, AL.FA. S.r.l. will return all sums already paid in relation to the aforementioned order to the customer through the means of payment used.

No new orders can be placed if all the amounts owed for previous orders have not been duly paid. The same applies to transfer of ownership of the goods, which will only take place upon receipt by AL.FA. S.r.l. of the amounts due from the customer.

Privacy

The personal data collected with the forwarding of the Order will be processed (therefore collected and stored) by 69 Jewels for the sole purpose of fulfilling the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy policy present on the site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

Communications

All communications between the parties must be made in writing and sent to the address of the other party indicated in the contract and in the order. Communications sent to the other party’s email address, as indicated on the website and in the order, are also understood as sent in writing.

Communications regarding the validity or existence of this agreement may only be delivered by hand or sent by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt.
